Went thru drivethru..live 5 minutes away. Food was cold. Chicken fingers grizzly. Sorry I came here. Used to be so good. Last 6 months I came 2x and was disappointed both times. Won't be back

Part of the restaurant was closed off, not sure what was up with that. Service was okay and food was good. One Zax sauce for 3 people is not okay though. Had to ask for more. This location needs to make it a little harder to find things to complain about.

Bought two Asian Zalads tonight. Beautifully presented and delicious! Bethany was an amazingly friendly and customer service oriented cashier. So good! Thanks for an easy tasty dinner!
I stopped to pick up food for my Godchildren. They like the food here. They ordered barbecue sauce with their dinner expecting it to be barbecue sauce coated, but only received dipping packets. I ordered mozzarella cheese bites which were good, but priced higher than the ad.
Came in to try the chicken bacon ranch fries. It was delicious. I got a peach tea and Todd got a strawberry lemonade. It was the last 30 minutes before closing but they made it very clear we needed to go by 9.Sidebar: $6 for 2 large drinks was wild and I wished this "side" came with Texas toast.

Hard to beat Zaxby's. I've been enjoying this place since I first encountered it in the mid to late 90s. The strips are well seasoned and cooked, and I've always enjoyed the sauces (tongue-torch is my go-to). My only criticism is that they did away with the spicy fried mushrooms. Hey Zaxby's, could you please bring those back? I'd like to threaten that I will stop eating there until you do, but...yeah, that won't happen. ? Also, please bring a franchise to Michigan - you'll print your own money as there's nothing like it here.
went to pick up a pick up order through drive thru. they handed my food out to me without saying a word and slamming the pickup window. when addressed again i was asked “do you need something” and i had said i ordered a large sweet tea with my order. her response was “did you though” like i was a liar. then when told i can show proof she just slammed the window again and they tried to give me an old tea that they didnt know why it was sitting out. i will say the pickup window girl decided to make a fresh one. i did apologize for the inconvenience, and was met with another slammed window.
Loved it! Especially the flavored drinks.
