Their pizza is always really good and every employee in there I've ever seen works their hardest but they are always understaffed so #1 they don't have time to even come to the counter to hand you your pizza and #2 you can expect your food to take longer than the time they estimate on the app.
Bad service, almost two hours waiting outside the place for a pizza, on top of that the girl who attended is a not at all empathetic person, they should put more efficient and cordial workers.

Today I waited two hours for one pepperoni pizza.I guess the price you pay for cheap pizza is your time. You would think such a busy place would use some of those profits to hire more folks, or pay those folks more, or whatever is needed to get the food out the door. I know good help is hard to find, but many many other places manage to do it.
