Easy to use app so the ordering experience is fast and accurate. Great timer on the app with a notification when the pizza is ready. I just walk in, ask for my pizza and I am on my way!
When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the pizza hut app, the manager was very helpful. I spent more than 45 minutes trying to order online as I have done countless times before, the app would constantly close the app. I was uncertain if mt order had been placed so I placed my order by phone. I placed the order online before the store was open. I requested a specific time to pick up and the pizzas were hot and ready. The gentleman that brought out the order was professional and courteous.
