Waited 12 minutes after I pulled up for a small strawberry frosty. Then when I went inside was told I didn't know anything about it. Only redeeming factor was the younger man with glasses made me a medium.
I came in around lunch to be fair but I wasn't expecting to sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The food is delicious and the people at the windows were kind, but it was very slow service (in terms of fast food) and my food was haphazardly put together. My wrap feel apart as I opened the wrapper and there was ice cream spilling down the side of my jr. Frosty.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and this restaurant is usually no problem. No issues with the employees or anything. The last two times I have been through the drive through, I've gotten a sandwich that was inedible (the chicken was grey), and the fries were soggy. Most Wendy's locations on the north side of Indy are hit or miss it seems. Culver's and Portillos have been much more consistent.
