“Nice place with some good selections but it's a small space. Can't imagine how hectic and uncomfortable it might be during the school year. lots of seating and plenty of private areas for meetings or events. can he hard to maneuver through, but it's well-taken-care-of for such and old building”

“I couldn’t find the entrance to this place. I walked around and around. But then the chef saw me and opened a window. He told me to climb in. He seemed friendly even if a bit intoxicated, but I wanted to try the pizza. So I crawled into the window. I don’t remember what happened next but it was oopy and goopy.”

“Decio Commons is a solid four-star on-campus place to grab some pretty good food. I've giving it five stars, though, because it's so perfect for its location and because of Deb, the woman who runs it. She's a sweetheart and a Notre Dame institution. Come here for the salad bar (a bit expensive) and the soup sometimes. Keep coming back because it's quick in and out and because it's a relaxing place to eat before class or your big meeting with your professor. I came here a lot because Decio is connected to Malloy Hall, where the theology program is, and it was much more convenient to walk a few feet indoors than to have to take the shortcut through the chemistry building to get to LaFortune. It's also a quick walk from here to the library, and it's never really crowded.”

“I think we had a server who along with our table of three had a table of 9 and then helped a group of 30+ later on . Sat around for 15-20 min until she came back up to get drink and good order ( said she would be right back ) Drinks, 2 waters and lemonade , took 10 -15 min to be brought to table and she forgot the beer I ordered . I had to remind another server , who brought it out 5 min later(2 min before the food arrived) . I never finished the beer ! Then one of our burgers was ordered correctly but delivered wrong ; we decided to eat it rather than wait for it to be remade. Food was awesome but disappointed with the server on this visit”

“I like the food here. It's on the campus of Notre Dame. It's in the middle of campus and parking really isn't close. You're only going to be eating there if you're already on campus. It's fast food, but a bit upscale. The menu has some great options including burgers, salads, bowls. They have good vegetarian options including "chickenless" chicken that you can substitute in dishes. It's has healthier options than most other places. It sometimes closes early though. It's all self-ordering either from a kiosk there or from Grubhub for pick up. The wait can sometimes be 30 minutes or more, so definitely order in advance on Grubhub and just pick up the food or eat it there.”

“Really delicious Mediterranean food! There's a decent amount of variety and a lot of ability to customize your order. Only gave it 4 stars because they recently raised the prices, unfortunately.”

“Yummy nuggets, spicy deluxe sandwich, fries, relatively short wait times given their amount of orders during rush hours, and the Southwest salad (preferably with nuggets) that not a lot of people get is actually filling & healthy & tasty! A true hidden gem. I won’t really recommend the milkshake tho too creamy and sweet. Also the pickup process could be a bit more organized.”

“The cashier was so kind! According to my receipt her name is Eileen. She was understanding when I requested to adjust my order due to my allergies! We drive the extra five miles to this Taco Bell because it's clean, and the staff is always friendly.”

“As one enters the Café it is a pretty average sized. A place big enough to enjoy as time slows down. Personally, I had a wonderful experience for the service was great for the way they treated me was without judgement or discrimination. Furthermore, they were very efficient for I receive my drink always within a 5-minute time span. Whether my drink be hot or cold it all depends on my mood, sometimes I just let my curiosity fly and explore the exotic drinks. The ones that seem too good to be true, only wanting to know how they taste like. When enjoying these drinks, I can't help but look around and admire the setting of the place. For I could see myself talking to my friend/s, or just trying to use the time to be productive and do some work. With how comfortable the seating it a complete place like nothing is is missing. Finally, I a place where I can say to myself “You be who you are truly are”.”

“We went for the first time to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing. They had a card on the table for him personally signed and added a candle to the dessert. Food was delicious so was the drinks. Our server was knowledgeable and had exceptional customer service.”

“The cookies are crazy big and really good. Some of them are so over sweet that it’s hard to eat them. It would be awesome if they had some that were a more “gentle” sweet like a soft cake cookie??‍♀️. Still some good treats to be had!”

“I had the pizza it was very good. Talking with the staff I learned they import their crust from Italy. It was like no other crust I ever had before. I though it was really good. I also had a chocolate shake and the large came out with the extra that was left over in the mixing container so it was like getting two milk shakes. Great job and great experience”

“A blast to the past!! We love the hometown vibes of Hot Dogs Plus. The people are real, no sugar coating. The hot dogs had a pleasant snap when we bit in, toppings were generous and perfect. We had a chocolate and a vanilla malt, both to die for!! Their vanilla malt is now my favorite. I love supporting family owned businesses and this one has my heart. “We made reservations for a dinner on the day of our visit and were lucky to get a good table. I recommend making reservations in advance to avoid being seated in the Bistro. Also, be prepared to utilize the bookstore parking lot if registered as a guest of the Morris Inn because the lot next to the Inn requires an electronic pass. I am unsure whether parking can be arranged during reservation. Regarding our interior experience, dinner was easily a 5-star event. We were placed in the care of a kind and sophisticated waitor and generally pleased by the overall conditions of the restaurant. Procession through the University toward the Morris Inn was magnificent. We shall certainly return here soon. I recommend the duck with a Manhattan and Death by Chocolate for dessert.”

“This place has absolutely phenomenal food and service. I got the chicken poppers as an appetizer; the breading on them is perfectly light and crispy, and the sauce has the perfect amount of zing to it! As my entree I got the Lil Piggy - it was absolutely fantastic. I was particularly impressed with the bun it came on, it must be made locally or in-house, because it was SO fluffy and plush! I also thought everything was priced very reasonably. I will absolutely be coming back to try the rest of the menu!In addition, the staff was extremely attentive and kind. “This post is a shout out to the waitress at Prime Table in Niles, MI. My great- granddaughter and I met there for lunch. After eating she realized she had lost $200.00 somewhere between the parking lot and inside the restaurant. Now, we all know that is a lot of money and if found could be very tempting to keep.Josie had lost it in the parking lot and this honest, amazing waitress found it and turned it in to the owner.The next time you dine there if she is your waitress just know that you are being served by a wonderful human being.Her name is Gabby B.”

“Our favorite breakfast place! The nicest owner and employees! Everyone there welcomes you in like family! Always Excellent service! The food is amazing and prices are very reasonable! They have so many options for breakfast. I love their "for the birds" options for when I'm not super hungry but want a little of everything. My kids love their chocolate milk because the sweet ladies put whip cream on top with sprinkles :) By far the best breakfast in our area!!!”

“The atmosphere and the people were great, zero complaints. For the food we ordered it was definitely over priced. Especially the drinks, I got a mimosa and it was the smallest glass and most expensive compared to my party that was there that got other alcoholic beverages.”
