Friday after Thanksgiving I went to this Panera and had the best experience. I was in the drive through and my sandwich didnt get put in the bag which I usually check but did not this time. I went back to get it (feeling a little annoyed and hungry). The manager went over and above to make it right. He provided excellent customer service. I would hire him 10 times over. I stopped yesterday and found a $6.99 special. Although the almond chicken salad was a bit light on almonds, the taste was great. If the ratio of lettuce and bread to the actual filling was a bit more blanced it would be excellant, but skimping was obvious.The creamed chicken and wild rice soup was awesome, full of flavor, and ingredients. Frequent flyer at Panera, love the food service is always great BUT if a steak and cheddar sandwich is almost $15 bucks I expect more … refer to photo attached. This was a very skimp sandwich and I’m a little disappointed especially with the cost. Do better and give people there moneys
