My fiancée and I decided to finally stop by and try Ben's Pretzels and it was such a great decision. Not only were the pretzels excellent but Anthony provided us with one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Would definitely recommend.
Great customer service. The staff is always friendly and just little rays of sunshine. They greet you with a smile and a positive attitude. Something we don't get a lot of today. The food is hot and FRESH! You can't go wrong with a hot, fresh SOFT pretzel. All the flavors are delicious and don't forget your dip. Mmmm Good!

Pretzels are great, the workers are super sweet, other than that one shorter hispanic with the ben 10 watch, he smells on occasion. They deal with poopy customers very often and handle it well.
