Went to papa johns on W Main St in Richmond, on Thursday I ordered 6 large pizzas, and wings for my daughter's nurses at the Richmond Children's hospital. On Friday I ordered 4 large pizzas, and cheese sticks for my daughter's nurses at The Children’s Hospital. The cheese sticks was for me and my daughter. I ordered a papa bowl the other day and they literally added no noodles. Burnt, cheese, chicken and spinach at the bottom. Like seriously?!? On top of that delivery took 2 hrs and the pizza I ordered with it was cold.
female truck driver here ??♀️yea, hey.EXTREMELY unpleasant to say the very least. teller claimed to not deliver 3.1 miles away as it’s a “ghetto area” & “outside of store’s radius” ONLY for me to drive to the literal ghetto itself. waked in, store was a complete hoarder mess. customer service was frantic and awkward. had trouble finding my food, etc. visible non communication between employees. this order’s ingredients is NOT something Mr. Papa John himself...read full review
