First time coming to this location + Steak n Shake in general since 2019. I was thrown off by the update to tablets but it was easy to learn, service was great, and the food was delicious. I'm only deducting a star because I was disappointed that a lot of old menu items were no longer available ?
Been stopping by this location for many years. Food is still good. Just disappointed in the lack of quality in service with the addition of the self-service kiosks. Place has become more like an old-fashioned automat than the diner it originally was. Less personable.

The only thing making this a 3 star is that they do fundraisers for local groups and the milkshakes. My food was smothered in mustard so bad that the paper around the hotdogs was ripping and sticking to the food itself. I only interacted with an actual associate when getting my food since its all self serve kiosks now and they were kinda rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there.
