I walked inside and ordered a simple Double cheeseburger however the attendant rang it up as a Whopper meal. I questioned this and He said I ordered that. I replied I dont eat onions. Then He said He was 16 years old and they had cameras. I was fustrated and said Roll them back I would like to see.. The Mgr refunded me $2. Times have certainly changed.
I don't normally complain about fast food but this irked me tonight. I went through drive thru, sat a few moments with no greeting, said hello a few times, no answer, another car pulled up behind me. I pulled around to the window to see a car pull off. Lady comes up to the window, I told her nobody answered at the menu board and asked if it was working. Sometimes they don't. We had a bit of a wait at Ireland Road, but there was a sign in the window indicating they were short staffed. The staff that was there were extremely polite and obviously working hard to get orders out. Then one of them came out and personally apologized while handing out cookies. This was right at closing, and the food was fresh and delicious.
