On a Sunday morning my son and I were on the west side looking for a traditional chorizo and egg breakfast, and of course 'papas', and we came across "Chico's". Chico's is a local Mexican restaurant that has been on the west side for years. We came in for brunch on Sunday. My wife got Beef cheek platter and I got chorizo tacos and a tamale. The staff is very friendly and we received many refills on our drinks. There is limited seating so make sure you be ready for a little wait-but it is worth it. Had a 7 o'clock reservation arrived at 7:04 got sat immediately wasn't very busy at all. Sat and sat for 20 minutes before being greeted. Ordered our food it came out great. Food was fantastic service was good after they forgot about us being there. Paella was awesome. And the potatoes were great.
