First time ever coming here. Staying few days in Michigan, seen this place on the news talking about Pączki's sooooo drove down to South Bend to check them out !!!! The line was sooo long got a number 993 they here in the 940's. Didn't take long. They knew there stuff and was just getting it done. This was my first time here and I was recommended by a colleague. I tried the fresh strawberry Paczki, it was delicious. The Italian grinder panini was delicious as well. The atmosphere is a little chaotic because there’s no clear instructions. You have to get a ticket and wait to be called if you are ordering from the bakery side.But if you just want the food, you can walk up to the order here sign.The parking was a mess and it’s only 12:30pm on a Tuesday. Bakery items were out of this world. Staff Associate was very efficient and polite. Store was just busy due to large volume sales of pachikis. Maybe a more organized method for pre-order items vs walk-ins. In the store's defense, the staff were moving the customers in quite quickly.
