This was not quite our usual Cracker Barrel experience. We did have a group of 9, so that may have been challenging, but it would not seem that it should be. Many food items were not available.... no chicken tenders, no broccoli. Our food came out erratically, and we had to ask about things several times....like syrup for the kids' pancakes. Bad experience wait staff said if order a side salad they would only give me one other side even though I was supposed to get two and I paid extra for the salad. Discussed it with the waitress she said that is how they do it now. So I checked out and the cashier went and got a manager because she didn't like the idea either. Manager took the salad off but I still got shorted one side on my on tray. Plus I forgot my Carhartt vest in the restroom. Oh well bad day but service was...read full review

We stopped at this Cracker Barrel on our road trip to Texas. Lora was THE BEST waitress we have ever had at any restaurant. So kind, genuine and fun. The company is extremely lucky to have her! Thank you Lora for your wonderful service and a great start to our trip!
