I ordered the Philly Melt. I had one at Fort Branch and it was the best subway I ever had. The one I got at Vincennes was smeared full of mayo. That’s all you could taste. Please be more neat with you sandwiches. Everything fell out along with big globs of mayo. It was a mess and impossible to eat unless you had a fork. Maybe someone was new and learning. I will try another one but if it’s like this one I am taking it back. I don’t want to give up on a local business.
When ordering last week, my sandwich was all wrong. Only thing right was the meat and cheese. Thought I would give them another chance today and waited at drive threw for 7 minutes finally said to heck with it and went to arbys.

Had a late lunch today cause of Dr appointment went to Hart street subway in Vin. Around 2:00 p.m on 9/5/23 and I was very pleased with how this subway has gotten better. Chelsie night manager was fast friendly and had us laughing as we dined in.. She made our day so much better with her attitude towards us. We will be back to see her again food was excellent ? place very spotless I would give them another try if you had a bad experience Promise it has changed
