Service is slow and waited in the drive thru said hello twice. No response and won't even say just a moment or let ya know they will be with you. Plus the double quarter pounder are salty as h*** and that's all I could taste so couldn't finish my food off. Just asking for people to do there job instead if not letting us know what's going on.
Had to wait over 15 mins for our food to come out. It was cold. Only 1 other couple ordered between the time we came in & our food came out & the drive thru was not busy.Didn't bring out our drinks. Had to wait another 5 mins to get those.Gentleman was quite rude. No apology or anything, just "what'dja get?"But more concerning was the condition of the store. Says they are 24/7 through drive thru, even on the app and on the door of this McDonald’s. I Get here and everything pitch black. Employees walking around inside looking but won’t help ?♂️
