The food is good and service is great but they're getting really skimpy with the portions! They use to serve way more, there was a time where you couldn't even close the lid! While I'm not asking for that much necessarily, it feels like you only get one serving when you order a double, so you're not even getting your money's worth anymore. Shrinkflation needs to be put to an end, everyone is struggling too much to be swindled like this in this economy.
Waited at the drive thru before order was taken, to be pulled to the front waiting for Chow mein.... after 20 minutes I went in to find chow mein, but not the Beijing beef I had ordered. The crew did not seem to be working well as a team. I believe during the 20 minute wait I saw the actual manager leave. On the upside my food was fresh. And my name on the paper for a free meal when I return.

I really feel like the food has gotten less appealing. It's Ok but the sweet and sour sauce is in little packs now and not nearly as good as before. The Rangoons are smaller and less tasty. It is not that it is bad. It just isn't as good as when they first opened.
