Out of all the American style Chinese restaurants, rice cafe is one of the best. The food is pretty good quality and prepared properly and very quick. The service is just as good if not better. Though there are tables and chairs to eat inside it's quite cramped. As well if you come here during there busiest time it's tough to get in to order because of so many people standing around inside waiting for there food. Chicken Chow Mei Fun is so good. The beef and broccoli is top tier. The orange chicken needs less orange peel bits but is still very good. I will get the gyoza every time.
