They came out to my car to get my card and rang it up twice, and I didn’t know until I looked up my bank statement. I called the store and talked to the manager and told him about it and he said they would take care of it but no one did anything.

I am appalled - I swear l have never had bread this bad. I ordered my sub untoasted and it was so stale/hard it crunched when I bit into it. I tried to pick it apart to see if I could find softer bread "underneath" the outer crust, but it was impossible . It was literally hard through the entire sandwich. This isn't the first time I've had a terrible sandwich from the Westville Subway but it is certainly the worst. Last time I order from them.

Tonight on 5/24/23 I walked into this subway at 7:20. I didn’t walk out until almost 8pm. Whatever two actual idiots were working paid more attention to yelling “WHAT” at each other the whole time. I had 6 people in front of me. If your lobby is packed, maybe the bright idea would have been to work faster to get everyone out since y’all were so concerned about getting off on time, instead of working as slow as you could. I watched one of the girls BITE OPEN a bag of black olives with her mouth. The other girl took the bag and proceeded to open the bag from said bite mark, not change her gloves, then MAKE A SANDWICH with her saliva gloves. The lady behind me ordered two chop salads. As she was proceeding to tell the chick what she wanted in them the worker continued to talk the other worker telling “WHAT”Awful. My sandwich was toasted and cold by the time it got to me.

Was Craving a meatball sub, stopped in and got one right before closing, staff was nice n friendly, food was awful, onions n black olives were OLD they ruined the whole sandwich meatballshad a burnt taste to them, husband and I both ended up throwing the sandwich away... won't be craving subway anytime soon...

I’m sorry I have to write this, because I love Subway, but the person that made my sandwich today 12/22/2022 deposited a long black hair in my footlong. Paid all that money and couldn’t eat it.Kid-friendliness: Subway is good about making to order sandwiches.Parking: No issues
Went here literally 15 minutes before close and 1 ALL STAR MANAGER was on duty working made our experience fantastic! Everything was made to perfection, every ingredient was stocked and perfectly displayed they looked way better than ive seen at any store just fresh and perfect, was beyond great with his up beat attitude and just made the trip worth reviewing.. for a subway... great attitude can make the whole experience that much better. Couldn't ask for better staff and never once mentioned how close to quitting time it was or how specific or large our order was! Will definitely choose this store out of my way over even my local options. 20/10 beyond a 5 star visit!

I'm sorry to say it but I was there about 6:15 Tuesday evening. I ordered 2 foot longs, brought them home and the bread 1 Italian herb and cheese the other plain white, both were so hard we couldn't bite through them.I watched the girl go to the bread holder and she couldn't get several foot long loads out of their molds! The were so hard they stuck in the pans.Needless to say, I was very dissatisfied that it cost 24 dollars with a tip and shouldn't have tipped! Lesson learned, spend 24 dollars at the grocery then I won't make my own sub! Then I'll know it's fresh

So glad i stopped in at this Subway 5/16/22 from the area but have never been. Had a chicken bacon ranch wrap that was amazing and made perfect, the girl at the counter was very friendly and polite which means alot these days. I’ll definitely be back ?

Literally was served my best subway sandwich ever!! Sandeich artist made sure I got extras of what I asked for and the taste was exactly what I wanted and more. Never was so happy from my subway experience as this Westville store dished out :) I had to tip him and my poor tip did not do justice on how grateful I was! 11/10!!
