ordered online and our delivery had been delegated through DoorDash (NOT A FAN) and upon arrival, we were missing several items. I called the store and Kevin (mgmt?) handled the situation very delicately. Excellent recovery. Papa johns on oak st never fails to impress, even after a slight fumble out of their control.
Papa John’s can be awesome. This one is not. Been a customer for 10+ years at this location and it’s getting worse every visit. The last few were bad, but this was the last one. Ordered a couple pizzas. This is one of their “specialties”. My kindergarten math would say if 2/3 of the pizza is crust and 1/3 is toppings, then 2/3 + 1/3 = never coming back to this one. Not a surprise the recent reviews state the same. Glad I checked out the pizza quality before I headed home....read full review

Ordered pizza last night for a delivery time 2 hrs in advance. 45 mins after the expected delivery time, no pizza and no tracker update. Msg from door dash with order update said order hadn't even been started yet. Tried to call to cancel order, and kept getting sent to hold. Pizza finally arrived more than an hour late, cold, and order was only partially fulfilled. Good luck getting management to respond as they're still sending callers straight to hold over and over again.
