Ive been in the dodge city/ garden city area on a travel assignment with work for the last 6 months. A few weeks into my time here I was at another well known restaurant in Dodge city and was speaking to a guest from Colorado who flies in every month for a week for the last 6 or more years. Being a city girl born and raised i've eaten at many steak houses in larger cities (ex. Houston, Phoenix etc.) most of the time the prices are pretty drastically expensive. Here, i feel that the prices are more reasonable. $37 for a 6oz filet mignon which is usually $55 minimum in my vast experience of ordering steak. We are from Texas and we like to brag about our steaks. That being said the ribeye steak that I had here was hands down one of the bes I've ever eaten, if not THE best I've ever had.
