Don't get take out or Delivery!I've ordered takeout and delivery from this location multiples times over the course of this past year the only consistency is how terrible the food is!I get the ham and guyere melt, which you would expect to be hot since it's a melt, but it has come untoasted on just regular white bread at least 5 times.Further, I've gotten crunchy seasoned potatoes more times than I can count.If you want actual good food, go to the first watch in Westport. Save your time, money, and stomach!

IMHO this is the best location in the metro area. The layout helps cut noise. Parking can be a bit tricky because of the location.Vegetarian options: Ovo-lacto vegetarians will have no problems. Vegans may find only a few options.Dietary restrictions: They're happy to make dishes just the way they're requested.Parking: Spots in front are usually full. Side lot can be iffy because of the market right across from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There are always crayons available; and the tables are big enough to sit a family with kids. The flooring is washable; so no worries about crumbs and spills.

We have gotten takeout 4 times now and each time they forget something. The bag is sealed and marked complete, but that has never been the case. Furthermore, ketchup for the potatoes? No. Jelly for English muffins? Nope. Mark that you need utensils? They never remember. Online does not accept more than 30 or so characters of special instructions thus asking for these things is not practical. We love the food but the online default 15% tip is in no way deserved.

This was our first time visiting First Watch and it was great! I had the Avocado Toast and the hubby had the ham and gruyere omelette with fruit salad. Both were excellent. The food came out quickly, everything was very fresh, and the decor is rustic and cute, but the best part of this experience by far was the staff. Everyone is so friendly and warm, and Shirley and Taylor in particular are shining stars. We will definitely be back!

Had a visit to this location a few weeks ago. My server, Audrey took a long time coming to the table initially and then never came back to my table after my food arrived.I wanted to get more dressing but could not locate her until I was nearly finished with my meal.I typically do not complain but I was just wanting dressing and refills and couldn’t find her.I was very disappointed as I brought in my friend from out of town that had never been to a First Watch before.

I usually go to the first watch in the northland and always have amazing service and food. I was extremely disappointed in this first watch. On a positive note, the food was good. However, we were ignored for close to 10 minutes. Literally just sitting at our table waiting for someone to say something to us. We finally waved down the server. He did apologize for having not come over already so I thought maybe things would get better. He took the order and we waited a long time for the food. Then someone finally brings our food (not our server, no big deal). Mine was literally missing the dressing. Like it had the little condiment bowl that the dressing was supposed to be in, but it was empty. I pointed it out and asked if I could get it, and she said she’d be right back with it. Five minutes later as I see her in a different section, talking to various people. I ask a different person. She says she will bring it right away and disappears. So a few mins later I ask someone else and said “maybe third time is a charm” and made a joke out of it. We were never once unpleasant or rude and I was very thankful when the second girl finally showed up several minutes later with it. Our server had literally disappeared and never came back to even check on us. He would walk right by and ignore us. When I went to pay, the person at the cash register, didn’t even ask how everything was. We had not complained about anything but maybe they knew they had done a poor job….I don’t know if they were just off or if for some reason one of us was offensive to them for an unknown cause, or if it was an off day. I can’t believe how horrible the service was, and how disorganized they were. I did leave a 15% tip despite having some of the worst service I’ve had in years.
