I ordered takeout for the first time in a long time. The app didn’t have an option for “extra crispy” which is my go-to for wings. They also didn’t put wipes or napkins in my bag so when o got to my hotel I had to use a towel.I called and requested the wings be made extra crispy. It was football halftime so we knew there would be some wait time and business. We waited 45 min to get a table but there was one in the bar area. We got drinks while we waited and was told the table was for someone else but the whole time we waited no one ever came to sit down. Once we got our eating table we waited 15 min again to be waited on. We finally had to ask someone who was our server. Then when they figured it out we had a very nice one. This B-Dubs is frustrating. It’s the same restaurant you see elsewhere, except they have great service. Unfortunately they can’t figure out how to keep beer in stock. I used to stop here at least once per week but they’re always out of at least one of the choices in the style I drink.
