Ordered a couple items and the pizza itself was good but we had to rewarm it as it wasn't hot. We also ordered the new wings they had out and those were AWFUL! I specifically asked for them to be double cooked and they still came with zero crisp to them. The gal working the front counter was totally carrying the customer service load for everyone else in the place. She was genuinely apologizing to me and other customers, and explaining that they were just slammed with orders and were turning out pizzas as fast as possible.They seemed to be woefully unequipped for such a load too, as I was waiting for probably a good 30 minutes or so, but it helped that this gal - whose name I didn't get - kept giving updates and kept apologizing.She...read full review
