Bought a pretzel pizza tonight and had toppings but no cheese sauce on it at all. I don't know who is doing the pizza but I will never go back to the 4th St store again. 3 bad experiences is 2 to many
We love their pizza and prices, but the customer service is not good. We have stood in line waiting to order almost every time, this time we left. They never answer the phone when you try to call.

The food is decent for the price. The service is abysmal. They consistently refuse to answer the phone. Even when they are not busy at all. Especially the last hour or 2 before closing time.I worked at a pizza shop for over 2 years, this kind of thing wouldhave been completely unacceptable.
