“We like Mi Tierra for the variety of menu items. We have favorites. I really like flautas and ask for extra pico, the guacamole today was really good. I do like to try other dishes and sometimes try the daily specials. The service is better than ever, and they've made some improvements inside to make yhe place more inviting. A popular place, it's often busy.Dietary restrictions: They have no problem leaving dairy items off the plates for me.Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen many wheelchair users here, the front dining area is ground level it never seems to be a problem.“
“Coming up here from South Texas it was a pleasant surprise to stumble upon this restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff is super friendly. It is a small location but the food definitely was worth it. Fresh homemade tortillas takes this over the top for me. Definitely worth stopping by and trying any one of their tacos. I'd recommend the quesabirria tacos.“

“This location is my favorite of the three Anchor stores in Hutchinson, KS. I usually order a taco which is a giant fried shell with tasty ground meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. The vegetables are always freshly cut and there is a large amount of cheese. Including tax the charge is $4!“

“My family decided to go there today after a Wichita trip for the first time and it was awesome. Great food, great service, and the atmosphere make this hole in the wall super comforting. Coming back soon to try the breakfast and there flavored coffee. Thank you guys!“
“This is a go-to every time we visit Hutchinson. Not fancy, but that's not our thing. 6 adults and 1 child enjoyed our favorites and the bill was very reasonable. Hard to imagine a better dining experience at that price most anywhere else. Great service! We'll be back!“
“Absolutely love Anchor's buffet. They always have a great selection of food. Mostly, their service is great and so is the atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: I watched the owner make appropriate accommodations for a lady in a wheelchair. Not many places will the owner come out in order to do work, but every time my husband and I have eaten here in the last two years, this man has worked just as hard as his employees.“
“Absolutely love Anchor Grill! We do a lot of pick up orders from them and decided to use them to cater my daughter’s 18th bday party. There was a little confusion day of but Aaron the owner called and made sure everything was fixed! They did amazing and delivered right on time with such fresh fantastic food. We will be using their catering again for graduation. Thank you to Aaron and his awesome team for always providing a great atmosphere for our family as well as the surrounding community.“
“I'm not from Hutch and I asked a local where was the best place to find breakfast she recommended Firehouse Cafe. WOW! There food is fantastic. I took a piece of Carrot Cake to go and it was so moist and delicious and a gracious portion. A must go!“
