Hadnt been in awhile. Our server was friendly polite and attentive. Food was exceptional.Even had the manager asking if we were satisfied long before the bill arrived.Realize its chain food. But for us was great!!!
Server was great. We visited on New Years day around 6pm. It was not super busy. I ordered ribs and chicken quesadilla combo meal. My husband got the fajita meal. HIS looked smelled and tasted great! Mine however was not super amazing at all. The ribs were DRY, the garlic toast was cold and hard, really the best thing about the entire meal was my Mac and cheese. Since ribs are really their signature deal I really thought they would be better. I'm not sure we will try this...read full review

Food was great, the blackberry iced tea was wonderful and our server was kind courteous BUT I don't know why it's a common occurrence now that when it comes time to pay the bill, the server disappears and couldn't pay on the kiosk because the check wasn't closed out.Not just at Chili's but everywhere, it seems. Waited for 25 minutes (table well cleared by now), wallet on the table and wasn't until I got up to find someone that it was finally closed out.
