Wow, what a gem! And you can tell everything is thoughtfully made with care. I had a taco, Gordita, and Sope with various meat choices. All flavorful and fresh and great with the house-made salsas, too! The elotes were also fantastic, lime-y and tangy with a hit of tajin. Add this spot to your list!
The only disappointment that I have is with myself for not having dined here sooner. As soon as I took the first bite of the molcajete taco, I knew that I’ll always crave it from here. The staff are very gracious and welcoming. 10/10

A & J Molcajete easily jumped to one of my favorite places in the metro. The food was fresh (I watched them preparing sope while ordering) and absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to try more off their menu very soon.
