We came here for dinner and I ordered a bowl of soup and one of the sides was suppose to be a baguette. I was told they were completely out of baguettes and that they didn't have any other bread to substitute for it. The gentleman that took my order said I could have apples or chips only. I personally really enjoy eating at Panera out of any place when I choose to go out. I was in KC for the weekend and figured I'd stop by. Overall the cleanliness was great and I can't complain too much about that. When it came to ordering the food however, I had one person look at me while I was at the register and not mention anything about taking my order or at least asking me to wait for someone to take my order.
