There was only one cashier and she was helping a woman with a very large order. A kitchen guy came out to help, but didn't know how to make a drink. He told the man who appeared to be the manager several times and eventually the manager said it would have to wait because he was working on a catering order. Ordered delivery for 12:30 for a work meeting. Two people's orders were not delivered. Called the restaurant told them what was missing. I was told the missing items would be delivered at 1:05. They did not get here until 1:43. One was a pizza which was cold. It would have been nice if they could have at least heated it up before giving to the delivery driver. Instead it sat out for an hour. Was told my the manager they would refund the full order, which is why I gave two stars....read full review

Hazelnut coffee served at the perfect sipping temperature on a very chilly Kansas City afternoon. I'll probably indulge myself in chicken and rice soup. Because I can't stop smelling it right now! I love love love this company. Always a good time to stop in.
