Please for the love of god stock up on the plain bagels. I love Panera sooo much but yall never ever have plain bagels. I'm always told they are sold out. Even if I go early at 8 or 9am you guys still do not ever have the bagels in stock!!!! Not sure if this is a management issue or what, but I'm sure many people would appreciate it if you restocked an item that is clearly so popular. I'm not sure how stocking more would negatively affect your location so maybe someone can look...read full review

I came here because it's close to the hospital and I didn't want to be gone long, wow...I hadn't even taken a drink of my coffee yet when this picture was snapped. I knew it didn't feel full and was already back at the hospital and did not want to be gone any longer to go argue with someone over coffee. The lady at the drive up was very nice though, just wish the barista had actually filled my coffee ?

I got a coffee at around 1PM - it wasn't hot or even warm - it was room temperature. ? Thankfully they microwaved it for me, but they didn't seem particularly concerned that their coffee was cold.
