“This place is a great place whenever you want to eat but is a quick place to just hurry up and come get your stuff instead of sitting in and eating normally they used to have good customer service up until the point they want to argue with someone about an order and don't want to they have attitudes that are off the wall they don't think that the customer is always right policy is the best one and they get very disrespectful when you ask them about a certain order or whatever it may be that you have ordered from the don't bother wasting words with people who have such little respect for their customers Sonic used to be the best place to go to until they want to make their customers feel unwanted and argumental towards the customer is a very big problem with me I'm highly disappointed in this they need better customer service better managers better people. The food could be good if they got it out half the time it comes out cold which is crazy cuz it's supposed to be cooked once ordered but that's not here nor thereParking: Just be careful of the disrespect from the managers because once you give him a complaint they like to be overly abundantly and disrespectful they try not to give you back any type of discount or refund they love to argue but the parking could be better they try to make people move closer to the building when they're very busy which I don't understand why you have stalls if you ain't going to let nobody a lot has changed with this place since I was a kid“

“Almost always perfect for a water and a snack. Try out the water flavors mango peach is my go too. Raspberry will dye your mouth blue. Coconut is also very good. “Today was one of those days where Sonic was the most convenient. Ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles and the sandwich was cooked to perfection. Top notch coming from someone who truly loves chicken sandwiches. my fries were perfection and toasty! Later on I was craving Sonic again and the hubs and I went back. His burger was perfect. Mozzarella sticks were perfect and then his chili cheese tots were not left short on the toppings. We ended up having Caleb again to be our carhop and I had to let him know how well things were looking and tasting from earlier that day. We love to see the few of our fast food places in riverside doing good to better the area and themselves. We will be back again to see Caleb and his crew with these experiences in mind.“
“Service was friendly, and even though most bays were occupied, the food was delivered in a timely manner. Response time on the kiosk was a little delayed, but that didn't ruin the overall dining experience. It is to be noted that there is no drive-through at this location. The pickle fries I ordered were around $5 with two ranch cups for dipping and were served to me hot and freshly fried. The pickles stayed in their dried breaded shell, and they were an easily shareable snack for the road.“
“It's a great place and they make the best strawberry limeade I like it my granddaughter left your ice cream I had a caramel Sundae that did not taste like a caramel Sunday I don't know what kind of caramel they use it wasn't right that's about the second thing they don't had I've been disappointed when I got it part of it“
“Sonic is sonic. Most locations are the same. I will say, though, this location happened to be open late. It looked like only one guy was on shift and he was still super polite and professional. It looked incredibly stressful and he managed it flawlessly“

“I think we visit here a minimum of once a day. They do have quite a few times that their app goes down. But that's not their fault at the store. The only issue I ever have is when I order extra real fruit, I RARELY get it, and sometimes I don't get any. The service is always fast, friendly & and accurate. EXCEPT the extra fruit in the drink. But considering that we order enough for 5 people, I think a mistake is fine. It just seems to happen quite often and be the same mistake. I'm sure they're understand“
