You just can't depend on the people making a sandwich. Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you get what they make. It's all in writing, maybe they can't read? Ordered and charged for double meat and received a regular no refund. Must be skimming it out of the register because I didn't get it back.
The drive thru speaker was broken and they wouldn't let us go in to order. They said we had to order online, but the system kept starting me over. Finally just went somewhere else...
