I ordered through drive threw and when I finished telling my order I told them I would like hot with my order please. The cashier asks me what? I said I would like hot sauce with my meal. I received an oh, please pull around. Guess what I did not receive " ding,ding,ding" no sauce won't be back

Walked into a restaurant full of drug addicted teenagers. Paid 16.29 cents for a stuffed burrito with double steak and guacamole and a stacker off their value menu. Watched them drop it on the floor then some guy at the front counter who was talking to them when I walked in say 5 second rule... So I had to toss the burrito when I left... This place needs to be shut down. Most likely the spot for high school kids to get meth. They don't even have the staff to serve breakfast anymore. Absolutely don't recommend this place. And after 49 years of eating at Taco Bell this will be my last visit EVER GOOD BYE TACO BELL

Come one come all for the new chicken empanada spend 4 dollars( or 11 dollars on the box meal) for a fried piece of crust and not just a teaspoon but one tablespoon of chicken paste. Lol stick to the "value menu" if possible any other thing you order you will be leaving hungry.

I know I can’t have an opinion on the atmosphere as this was simply an order to my residence, but everything was as ordered and I can only be sure that these people care about their customers. Any other Taco Bell I have ordered from has been disappointing, but this one is different. Everything was as ordered and included. Particularly, the requested amount of fire sauce, YEEES! I asked for 30 packets and that’s what they provided. Keep it up! :D

I ordered 2 bean burritos and a doritos locos Supreme, my order had a bean and rice burrito, a cheese roll up and a soft taco, they weren't even busy and couldn't complete a simple order.
Current here, worst customer service I've ever received at Taco Bell. No greeting after standing at counter for 7-8 mins. I ordered at kiosk but was paying cash so had to go back to counter, kid working there finally acknowledges me by asking "what do i want" i reply to pay never looks back up at me or says much else. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
