Understaffed or something. Be ready to wait. I need to stop trying to use this location. I always have to wait longer at this location than the other 2 in the area. Today, their app wouldn't let me order breakfast before 10:30am, and when I tried to go in and order, they made me wait 5 minutes wherein which they switched to lunch and we're done making breakfast. I stood there all that time and watched them prepping the lunch, which I get, but I still left without ordering.
I don't come to this location normally but I was surprised by the great customer service and fresh food! An employee and a manager went out of the way to try to help me with a mobile app bug and unfortunately since it was a bug they couldn't really do much but they did try to help me and apologize for the inconvenience and we're very friendly and kind. They did go out of their way to try to help and that's what counts!
