Had some really fatty chunks of steak today, which I have never had this issue at this location or others. Today, most pieces were down right challenging to chew while others were pure chunks of fat and truly impossible for me to eat. The chips also tasted rather stale. Unpleasant, but I know this is not the typical experience. Normally I would give a 5 star, but today it's a 3. I did get a nice portion of guacamole so that helped the score move up from a 2!
I usually love going to this location as they are normally fast and accurate, but i just picked up a chipotle bowl on the mobile app about thirty minutes ago and there was no guac on it. I was charged for it so I was pretty upset considering it was 2.35??? So I wanted to come on here to say that and see what others have to say.

My bowl came out fresh and flavorful, the employees were attentive and very quick!Definitely one of the best Chipotle locations I've been to!Parking: The best place to park is in the lot behind, which is a free 2 hour lot(or half free 2hr, half meter). Out front is metered and costs more if you want to dine in, better for quick pickup of to-go orders.
