I have been going to Eileen’s for years. We have an Airbnb and leave these wonderful cookies for our guests. We get so many compliments on them and guests feel it is a very special treat!I love going into the store because everyone Rebecca has working there is so friendly and positive! MY GOODNESS! I had the pleasure of trying a peanut butter cookie tonight when Eileen’s came to KU for Rock Chalk Revue. I have never tasted such a perfectly delicious cookie in my life! I could taste the love that was put into making that cookie. I cannot wait to visit the store and try all the cookies!
