I travel for work and so I'm always looking for unique places. This was a Great Experience!! Started with the Spanish Baked Goat Cheese and then the Farm Sausage Tortellini witha Flight of beer. Had enough to take back to the hotel for 2 more meals.Also, asked my server, Sawyer, to choose my beers. She use Great judgment on the beer and was very attentive . Wish I lived closer than Michigan!Parking: The city of Lawrence is WAY TOO fond of its parking meters!!!
I've been coming here for almost two decades. This isn't a passing craze like a lot of breweries popping up all over; rather a place that brews iconic beer, and prepares incredible food. Service is always on point. Have taken several folks from work here, and always a home run.

We are long-time Free State Brewery fans. The veggie burger was always my favorite but it seems to be a new recipe now, which I'm a little disappointed over. My husband swears by the Fish 'n Chips and says it's the best he's ever had. Overall, we love our trips to the Brewery! Always a fun and lively atmosphere.
