The open-face smoked brisket sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy is really good.I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere because they're doing exactly what they intended. They aren't trying to be fancy. It's an inexpensive and quick BBQ place. I'm not looking for ambiance, I want a sammich and some sweet tea. Btw- they're always nice in the drive-thru
Called to place a catering order a couple weeks in advance for a retirement luncheon serving approximately 45 guests. Aaron called me 2 days prior to double check the order accuracy and worked to accommodate my requested pickup time. The order was ready when I arrived, and an employee kindly assisted me in loading the multiple boxes into my vehicle. As a college student, I can't say enough great things about this place. I'll start with what I order. The pulled sandwich meal deal at $5.99 feels like a highway robbery. Personally, I go with pulled pork for my meat of choice and fries on the side. The sandwich is Kansas City-grade BBQ and the fries are what all french fries should strive to taste like.
