Okay, first of all, our server, Arthur, was amazing. Huge shout out to you if you see this!Second, this is the perfect place to bring a celiacs or gluten-free / gluten-sensitive date. They have a lot of actual menu options and people who can't eat gluten have real options here, and not just the usual "doesn't happen to have gluten" stuff in it. I have severe food allergies and this place was amazing when I mentioned them. They made sure to let the chef know and make it special for me. the food tastes exquisite and it is a very cool vibe in the restaurant. there are multiple levels of seating and a nice bar. i would recommend merchants to anyone visiting lawrence
