I wish this place was closer to us so we could try everything on the menu. We went to Lawrence recently and we stop in this place while walking around. This is a great bakery, soup and sandwich place. I had the ham, broccoli, and cheddar soup which include 2 slices of artisan type bread. I also brought home a chocolate eclair which I haven't tasted as yet. An enjoyable lunch spot with great breads by the loaf as well as tortes, cheesecakes, cookies and much more. They serve breakfast too!

This was my go to college lunch spot when I was going to KU. The must try in my opinion is the number 16 ham and roasted pineapple. They add pickled onion and jalapeño cream cheese, and it's grilled on their house white sourdough. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything that you order here because it's all made in house.
