Ika is from the original owners of Red Snapper, which was a years long favorite for my wife and I. Well made and presented Sushi. Even though it is not mentioned on the menu I understand that most dishes can be made gluten free if requested, which was part of what kept bringing us back to Red Snapper.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free preparation by request.
