Went last week to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Usually I love it here but this time it was very poor service. Food was too salty and I saw our waiter, Orlando spit in my food. Disgusted and appalled.

Very poor service. I waited for 15 minutes to be greeted with no wait. 3 hosts working up front talking and on their phones. Not a single staff greeted me.Very pretentious vibes.

I eat at this restaurant every few months and normally the food is outstanding, but I noticed a few things this time there were a lot of empty tables. Granted it was late at night it was 845 but normally when you order food even late at night, it should be good. My pasta came out and it taste of life with the chef. It was poor munch of salt all over the noodles, it was the point where I couldn't even taste anything but salt. I couldn't help and notice the empty tables and above the bar which had a lot of bottles of different types of liquor at one time was now totally empty so my question to myself when I was sitting there, are they trying to drive people away by giving crummy food, it looks to me like the place is half closed down. I eat out a lot and this was so disappointing and so upsetting to me after I've bragged this restaurant up for many months I will not be back it was disgusting.

Our party of 3 waited over an hour to be seated at lunch and while waiting heard the manager tell the host "they didn't have a reservation, they can wait longer." At this point our party chose to leave and will not return to this location. We have been to North locations in several other cities and have never heard a manager be so blatantly rude to guests that have patiently waited for such a long period.

I love Wine Wednesday at North! Sit in the bar and you get 1/2 priced bottles - you cannot beat that. The food is always good and last night our service was particularly great. Already looking forward to going back.

"North Italia is a fantastic Italian restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. The atmosphere is welcoming and open, although it can be a bit loud with limited privacy. I love their varied soups - this time sausage, kale, potato. Such great flavor. My "issue" was the overzealousness of our server. He really tried to hard to sell when we clearly only wanted to have a quiet lunch for 2. He took almost 5 minutes to describe the dessert.
Love this place ! The ambiance is a vibe. Service is great. The food is on Point. What I love about this place is its pasta but it doesn't feel heavy or overly rich with butter or oil. Everything they serve is fresh and high quality. The bar is dope too:)

If you go to North, ask to be seated in her section. We were celebrating my friend's birthday and Rachel's great personality added so much to this special evening.

The appetizer, the main course, and the dessert were all very good, and always very pleased with the meals. However, due to the construction this time, the ambience and nose level was not as enjoyable. There was a constant beeping, which I know that is a back up noise from machinery, but it is also an irritating sound .

It took over an hour to get our food late in the evening and we were bumped by carryout orders. Our food was undercooked when it finally arrived and it felt like they rushed it because so much time had passed. It was disappointing and expensive.
