We frequent this location since it’s so close to the movie theatre, but the past couple visits haven’t been great. I placed a small order today to be picked up in 15 minutes, but it wasn’t ready until 10 minutes after. I had ordered a large mac & cheese, and a full grilled cheese, both with bread for the side. Once i got home, I realized I received a small mac & cheese, a completely random sandwich, and not two but one APPLE. Highly dissapointed.
Pretty typical Panera with the standard offerings and cafe atmosphere. They made a mistake on my order, and staff were somewhat rude and unpleasant when I let them know to try and get it corrected. Service isn't the most friendly or attentive, but I guess that is to be expected.
