We came for the A&W food and my wife really wanted a root beer float. The root beer float is the only reason for the 2 stars as it came out good. The rest of the experience not so much. There was one group ahead of us and after ordering the cashier and this group kept chitchating delaying the line. Once they finally finished and we ordered, there was a lot of back and forth regarding me not wanting mayo on the burger. The idea of of a&w/lgs is a amazing idea, fish and chicken would Be good but the food is TERRIBLE my hush puppies were SUPER oily my fish and chicken didn't taste good it was so oily it wasn't crispy at all if anything soggy, the fries are limp and Luke warm they were not fresh at all, now the staff were SUPER NICE but they seemed kinda slow cooking it took 25 minutes to get my food and while I had a big order it took only 10 minutes at other locations, The only good things about...read full review

I feel like there needs to be a change in Management here. I get it if the place is busy and your order list overwhelms your ability to restock and keep things going. But it wasn’t that busy and there’s no drive through to take away from the front area. I’ve been in the food industry so I’m talking from experience
