“I have been to several Mr. Goodcents in Kansas, but Manhattan's is by far my favorite! I love the friendly staff and the fact I can joke with them and they joke right back. They are always very quick and efficient. I'm always looking forward to my next visit as soon as I leave!“

Their web site offers exclusive online deals, IIRC.Parking: Free parking: the restaurant is in an outdoor mall, with anchor stores nowhere near so that you don't have to compete for spots.“
“I would give this place 5 stars, but the price of the food has increased and it seems like it continues to do so. I love eating Subway, and I have for years. It seems like just a couple of years ago when all of the sandwiches were priced around $5 or $6, except for steak subs.“

“I find it weird that there's never any customers inside Firehouse Subs no matter what location I go to. Any who, they took the pepperoni pizza sub off the menu and replaced it with the chicken Parmesan sub. How disappointing? The 2 employees working were very helpful in making an alternative sub. Wasn't quite the same but it was edible. Bring back the pepperoni pizza sub and I'll give the 5th star back.“
“The customer service was 100% on point. The couple that was working this afternoon even turned down the music and turned on cartoons for our daughter while she colored on a window with markers. We got some Mac n cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, and chicken strips today. The food was really good. This was our first time and we will be back for sure. We cannot believe how good the customer service was. That's rare around here.“

“I stopped in today and used my app to order from the table. I ordered a pick two with my favorite chicken and dumpling soup paired with a half Rachel sandwich. The app does not offer an option to choose water for your beverage so I figured I would need to make a request for it when my order was brought out. The wonderful person who delivered my lunch order said she thought I might have wanted a water and so she brought a tall, ice-cold cup along with the Pick Two. Great food and outstanding service!“
