I placed an online order through the mobile app (processed and successfully charged my card) just to get to the drive thru window to be told they weren’t accepting credit, debit, or mobile orders and only taking cash. I'm not happy with the recent service I've received from this McDonald's location specifically and I don't know what's going on. Waited a very long time for the wrong order and overpaid in the process. Really gone downhill. Definitely going back to get my money back. You can’t take someone’s order charge them $14 and then give them an eight dollar worth of food. Super uncool in there was no one else in line. This was late night. I was the only one in line. How do you mess up an order like that honestly.
