I’ve been to this location three times now and the first two experiences were the same but I figured I’d give them one more chance. I came in today and stood in line and observed the employees operate and wow. Complete dysfunction. Line out the door. Employees have no idea what they’re doing. I decided a little Chipotle reward for adulting and getting some errands done was in order so I stopped in on my way home. It was after the normal lunch rush and there was no line. I almost always get a barbacoa bowl with brown rice and black beans. They were quite generous with the rice but gave me a half a scoop of beans. I asked for more, request granted, moving on. Food tasted fine and service is friendly enough, but there is some obvious quality issues going on at this location.My salad came with a full bouquet of Cilantro. There was zero attempt to pick the Cilantro off the stems.
