I've been coming to Golden palace for at least 5 years. they have great food and great lunch specials. Yesterday i ordered Hunan Chicken. I love spicy hot Chinese food. I have 3 orher dishes that they make that are delicious. Last night rhe Hunan Chicken was good but way too spicy. i think the chef spilled too much hot sauce and red pepper seeds because i couldn't finish it. Carry out only, but that's just because they took advantage of the COVID situation and like making more money. I find this to be an unacceptable situation. Please open the dine in experience.

The food served here is delicious. The portions are generous. The reason I give it 3 stars is the lady who works at the front door giving you the order and taking your money. She is one unhappy person. It's as though she is doing you a favor by being there. Not welcoming or courteous at all. Maybe get someone to work the front of the house who can be gracious to customers. Still pick up only .. no dine in option. I wasn't the only customer she was being dismissive to.
