Usually the experience here is just fine but tonight was odd. When I got there and I was waiting to order, I watched the employee take the chow mein from a box that was mixed with fried rice and put the chow mein back into the serving bowl. (I'm guessing the order was supposed to be just the rice?) When I got my meal, the chow mein of course had a good amount of fried rice in it. I'm not sure about the stores policies when it comes to getting the order wrong but I'd be surprised...read full review

We've been coming here for years, but the last 3 months the ice machine has been out. Like literally no ice. For 3 months! No accommodations made, no ice borrowed, no bags of ice brought in . Just a billion $ company putting their hands up. It's ridiculous. Do better Panda

WOW. Overall, very happy with our dinner. The chow mein had LOTS of veggies and all the food was fresh and full. Portions were appropriate. The only draw back... How am I supposed to cut teriyaki chicken for my 3 year old if you don't have any knives for your customers? Also, there's no drive through at this location. But that's not a deal breaker for us.
