Apparently the store is under new management or ownership. The burgers were tasty but the size of the patties has been reduced to where they don't even come close to covering the bun. Had tots with my meal and they were crispy to the point of being nearly burned. They'd better get on top of this or they're going to crash and burn.
Staff ignored us upon coming into the mostly empty place and we waited while they were on the phone with someone. Never said hold on or even acknowledged us for 5 minutes. We just left. I'm sure the food is good but horrible service prevented me from wanting to try it. I suggest ordering online, it's what I intend to do.

It was not a bad place to eat. The problem is that the cashier is the server also. So you have to wait in line for your order because the cashier is serving other customers. That was very annoying. I highly recommend delivery or dine-out.
